Award-winning international bridal and prom gown company looking for a talented, experienced Designer for our FLIRT Prom line. You will lead the design team as "Head Designer" and collaborate on the devleopment of the line.

Duties include:
-Design trendy, beautiful gowns.
-Anticipate and identify trends.
Utilize design, patternmaking and production process knowledge to lead the team.
-Supervise and work with the team to make decisions about future styles and the overall range.
-Submit detail pages and revision documents to production, in a clear and well understood manner.

Ideal Candidate will posses the following qualities:
-5-7 years of experience in the fashion design industry
- 2-3 yrs in bridal or special occasion designing.
-Excellent design, color, and fabrication sense. Eye for fit & finish.
-Create technical packages, that include fabrication and detailed instructions.
-Good understanding of construction, draping and pattern making.
-Well organized and meets deadlines.
-Strong presentation and communications skills.

-Proficient on Macs and know Microsoft Office programs, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
-Portfolio and references required.

Full-time w/benefits.
Wage: Based on experience.
Position located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Requires 20% international travel.
