The Company is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will report directly to the CEO and has full responsibility for all aspects of StyledOn’s day-to-day operations.

Expectations
Our COO will:
• Collaborate with the CEO and Owners of the Company in developing a long-term strategy and vision for the organization.
• Recruit, motivate, train and develop employees; ensure there is clarity of objectives and focus for all employees.
• Manage business relationships with key affiliates and ensure that our product and service meet standards of quality and cost effectiveness.
• Manage licensing, partnership assessment and development.
• Prepare and submit an annual operational budget to CEO and CFO for review and approval.
• Ensure financial viability through sound fiscal management, report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
• Stay up-to-date through market and technology research.
• Plan new digital functionality.
• Plan marketing, advertising and promotions and plan, organize and develop sales.
Qualifications
• At least seven to ten years of professional experience overall, with a minimum of 3-5 years of senior-leadership experience
• Solid educational background, including an undergraduate degree and an MBA or similar advanced degree
• HTML, PHP and other Web experience
• Experience leading diverse work teams, developing an organization-wide strategy for excellence, engaging community partners and collaborating with CEO and Company owners
• Can point to tangible examples of reporting and program measurement and evaluation
• Willingness to work in New York or Los Angeles
