Description
Top Fashion Design label in Active Wear is seeking an Account Executive to services well known label.
Basic Function: Responsible for the sales and service of the product to retail accounts, as well as assist in maintaining the division.
Major Functions:
Sales
Product Management
Merchandising
Planning
Responsibilities:
I. SALES
a. Develop a strong customer base.
b. Maintain customer relations.
c. Provide customer service (shipping, deliveries, and samples).
d. Maintain customer compliance (EDI, ticketing, hanging requirements, UPC catalog, etc.).
e. Aid in resolving deductions, claims, and chargeback’s
II. Product Management
a. Provide retail performance information.
b. Market research on competitive product lines.
c. Maintaining inventory control for basic and seasonal merchandise.
III. Planning
a. Analyze weekly reports to reports to ensure sales, inventory & receipts plans are met.
Working Relationships:
Reports to Division Head
Works closely with Design and Customer Service
